All payments must be received in full by Monday, March 8, 2008. Cancellations made before March 8 will receive 75% refunds; between March 8 and March 11, 50% refunds. No refunds will be given after March 12.
Coffee, tea and snacks are included. Brown bag it or have lunch on Saturday at Bastyr's vegetarian cafeteria. The Intensive will be recorded on video and is limited to 36 participants.
