  • Direct ways to create an environment inviting the kind of profound fulfillment in your life that can also support those around you.
  • Meditative techniques to nurture an inner environment of true joy that impacts all aspects of your life and contributes to a greater healing.
  • Ways to avoid spiritual greed while still opening to new levels of personal satisfaction, creativity, and productivity.
  • Greater clarity about the specific issues you have come to heal in your life.

What's in a name?

Why call it "Practical" Spirituality? Although these methods of self-evolution have firm theoretical foundations, the teachings are focused on translating theory into concrete action. This is an intensely practical approach to applying primary spiritual principals in our lives.

Why call it "Intentional" Spirituality? Clear and focused intentions open channels for creative expression and make us available for greater fulfillment than we could have imagined. Intentional living is living on purpose, providing the key to celebrating the wondrous moment of our lives.

Which name fits best? We're not sure but. . . The process works wonders no matter what you call it!
