Paths to Awakening: An intentional spiritual community that transcends separate faith traditions in the service of a Oneness that embraces us all.

Each of its monthly gatherings focuses on a particular path. Join us for the last two once-a-month third Sunday events — May 19 and June 16 — before the summer break.

The Path of Meditation

Sunday, May 19, 7 pm in the Sanctuary of the Center for Spiritual Living

Chant, song, teaching, meditation, discovery. To provide a more meditative environment, this month's Paths to Awakening music will be from Elle McSharry and David Johnston.

Suggested minimum contribution: $20. All are welcome to contribute as they are able. Please bring a notebook or journal. The Center for Spiritual Living is located at 5801 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle.

The Paths to Awakening program is designed to encourage the next steps of spiritual awakening for everyone who joins us. Just as Rabbi Ted uses his particular tradition in the service of the Universal, each of us can utilize our personal gifts to expand the celebration of our interconnectedness with all Being. We celebrate the One we are.

"We are not a synagogue or a church. I'm a Jewish teacher, but we're not all Jewish. After being a rabbi for almost 45 years, I want to focus on the universal teachings that I learned within Jewish forms. They are the same essential spiritual teachings that inform Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Taoist, and countless other authentic traditions. Paths to Awakening is about liberating the spiritual sparks that have become obscured within our religious institutions. It's about reclaiming the spirituality that is our very nature." — Rabbi Ted Falcon

In his introduction to the beautiful, soul-opening song shared by the Paths to Awakening musicians, Rabbi Ted talks about the "Mystery" and the "richness of the gift we're given." Recorded on Rosh Hashanah Eve 2012.
